THE HIRING PROCESS:

1. Submit all required documents

Upload your CV, cover letter and relevant certificates to our application portal (form below) so we have everything we need to check your application thoroughly and analyze possible collaborations.

Tip

Send all the documents in .pdf format and add your name to every document’s title to help speed up the application process.

2. Confirmation of application receipt

After you have submitted your application, we will send a confirmation of receipt to the email address you provided, confirming whether we received your application.

3. Check the fit

Our HR department will go through your documents and check whether you are suited to an open position.

Tip

If you haven’t heard back about your application after 14 days, please feel free to contact us about it.

4. Let’s meet each other

If we have any interesting open position that could suit your skills, to get to know each other better and to address any open questions, we usually arrange an initial video interview using Microsoft Teams.

Tip

Choose a bright and neutral room where you will be undisturbed for your video interview and ensure your internet connection is stable.

5. Is better in person

If your video interview is successful and depending on the position in question (remote or hybrid positions could be excluded), we will invite you to attend a personal interview on-site at the nearest Leones Brixiae headquarters to discuss our possible future together and give you some insight into the company.

Tip

Everyone likes punctuality, and so do your possible future colleagues. Report to the reception in good time. We will be happy to pick you up there.

6. Signing the contract – Welcome to Leones Brixiae

If we are meant for each other, the sky is the limit. You will receive your employment contract, your handbook and everything you’ll need for your role. Your very first chapter at Leones Brixiae begins.
